The Excavation Begins!
Today is the day we at Brockhampton have all been waiting for! The beginning of the Heritage Lottery Funded Summer of Archaeology excavation. It seems to have come around so quickly.
Will you be joining us today to start opening the trenches?
Is there a medieval settlement lurking just beneath the turf? Perhaps we’ll find out today.
